Frozen Ps Personal Coaching

I thought the coaching process was very valuable. It had some very comprehensive and thought provoking exercises, which challenged how I had always looked at the things in my life. The thing I probably found most useful however was Patricia's approach and amazing ability to make me feel heard when I was speaking. The sense of feeling understood is very rare for me and I felt that Patricia was able to rephrase what I said extraordinarily well.

...It was good to do home work and I found it useful to report on my progress and to hear myself speak about it rather than just let the week rumble around in my head. It seemed to clear things out and hearing myself make a statement gave me a chance to analyse did I really mean that or not. I found realising what gives me self-esteem and confidence is very simple and perhaps I have much of the life I have always dreamed of.
