I found the sessions very inspirational whilst based on a practical logical approach. It put my life on a whole into perspective. Patricia proved to be invaluable, helpful, knowledgeable in all the subjects and most of all extremely professional. The exercises were focused on the issues and Patricia was always there when I needed her when I was experiencing difficult times.

As a result of the life coaching sessions, I have now successfully gained a far better role doing something I enjoy with a better salary package. I have come to terms with some very serious issues and am focused on carrying out the necessary steps to improve the situation. I have become better in communicating my thoughts and feelings and addressing my fears. Most of all I am feeling better about myself. Overall, my life has improved immensely since working with Patricia.
